What a way to start my wedding season, Amy and Kevin's wedding on Saturday was truly awesome. The ceremony was at one of my all time favorite churches, St. Augustine's in Richmond. The reception was at Cherry Creek Golf Club in Shelby Township. It was the first time I had been to Cherry Creek and it is an amazing place for a wedding. The Chateau Band was unbelievable and really made the reception one to remember.

But most of all it is the people who make my day, a big thanks to everyone involved - Kevin and Amy, their families and the wedding party - thank you very much!



I was fortunate to be able to get Jim Shields to shoot with me on Saturday. Jim will be posting some of his favorite images from the day on his blog in the next day or two so be sure to check those out here.

Evan's Birthday

I had a really busy weekend, Saturday I was at Crazy Moves Dance Studio in Emmett shooting their yearly pictures. And on Sunday I was at Evan's birthday party. What a party, it had everything you would expect at an 8 year olds party and some extras. Along with a bunch off kids, a lot of family and a great cake there was a huge hot dog stand and Dynomite the magician. Here are a couple of my favorites from the day.







This weekend is the official start of my wedding season, and what a wedding to start it off with. I am really excited about this one. Be sure to check back next Monday for some really awesome images!
